Due to significant growth and our exciting strategy in place for 2015, we bring you the opportunity to join our team to support this inspiring and incredibly exciting time at our Global Organisation.

All our dedicated Members of our Team are outstanding Volunteers who collectively have grown IWIB to where it is today, this is your chance to join us! Currently, we have the following position available as part of our Marketing and Sales Committee.

We are looking for Corporate & Community Fundraisers who will join a team of other community fundraisers covering and raising funds in their own areas to develop and deliver corporate and community fundraising strategies.

Experience
  • Ideally, you will possess at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a non-profit organization, or other relevant sector and promoting an organisation to a diverse audience.
  • Educated to at least degree level preferably with an Institute of Fundraising (IoF) qualification
  • Possess a clear creative writing technique and confident use of MS Office and experience using a CRM database.

Duties
  • Conduct on-going research to identify new opportunities with existing contacts, as well as seeking out potential new associates and sponsorship for major fundraising events.
  • Act as Account Manager for key relationships.
  • Raise awareness of and support for IWIB through the development and implementation of effective social media campaigns and other communications.
  • Maintain network relationships with existing and new supporters – both volunteers and donors.
  • Produce and coordinate content and materials to support fundraising activities and communications, including a fundraising pack, presentations, e-communications, newsletters, posters and leaflets.
  • Manage fundraising events, including the defining and managing of budgets as well as the recruitment and motivation of volunteers.
  • Manage, plan and deliver fundraising opportunities, online and offline at local, national and international levels.
  • Network and cooperate with fundraisers in various locations across the globe and driving forward IWIB events, promotions and community initiatives simultaneously as part of a collaborative team.Attributes
